We currently deliver to Hong Kong and Macau. Orders over HK$688 enjoy free delivery up to 1kg.
送貨需要多長時間？
一般訂單於確認付款後 2–4 個工作天內送達。繁忙時期（如節日）或偏遠地區或需額外時間。
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Peak seasons or remote areas may require additional time.
如何追蹤我的訂單？
訂單發出後，你將收到一封包含追蹤號碼的電郵。你可以使用該號碼在物流公司網站追蹤貨件狀態。
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use it on the courier's website to track your shipment.
可以到門市自取嗎？
可以！我們位於香港鰂魚涌謝長道 506-508 號聯成商業中心 2002 室。自取時間為星期二至星期日 13:00–19:00。請提前聯絡我們安排取貨。
Yes! We are at Flat 2002, Luen Shing Commercial Centre, 506–508 Tsat Tsz Mui Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. Collection hours: Tuesday to Sunday, 13:00–19:00. Please arrange in advance.
接受哪些付款方式？
我們接受主要信用卡（Visa、Mastercard、American Express）、PayMe、FPS 及其他 Shopify Payments 支援的安全付款方式。

可以退換貨嗎？
如收到的商品有瑕疵或損壞，請於收貨後 7 天內聯絡我們，並附上相片說明情況，我們將盡快安排換貨或退款。由於衛生原因，已開封的護膚或香氛產品恕不接受退換，敬請諒解。
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange an exchange or refund promptly. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare or fragrance products cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding.
退款需要多久處理？
退款申請獲批准後，一般於 5–10 個工作天內退回至原付款方式。信用卡退款時間視乎發卡銀行而定。
Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Credit card refund timelines depend on your issuing bank.
