大西洋雪松生長在摩洛哥阿特拉斯山脈，海拔一千多公尺的高處。那裡風大、冬寒，不是溫柔的環境。但它就是在那裡扎根，一站就是千年。

一般雪松精油萃取自木材，厚重沉穩。但針葉不一樣——它是樹呼吸的地方，是光合作用發生的地方，是樹與天空對話的部分。

所以針葉精油聞起來更清新、更透亮，帶著一絲綠意，像森林裡剛下過雨後的空氣。

它很適合調成按摩油塗抹在胸口或那些曾經受傷而緊閉的地方，讓香氣把這些地方慢慢鬆開。不是強迫打開，是終於願意讓一點光透進來。

心打開了，呼吸就深了。呼吸深了，就比較不怕了。

有時候孤獨不是因為沒有人，而是把自己關得太緊。當你願意打開，會發現光一直都在外面等。

Atlas Cedar grows in Morocco's Atlas Mountains, above a thousand metres in elevation — windswept, winter-cold, hardly a gentle place to take root. Yet it does, and stays rooted there for a thousand years.

Most cedarwood oil comes from the timber, warm and grounding. The needles are different — they are where the tree breathes, where photosynthesis happens, where the tree holds its quiet conversation with the sky.

That is why the needle oil smells fresher, clearer, touched with green — like the air in a forest just after rain.

It blends beautifully into a massage oil for the chest, or for whatever place has long stayed guarded shut, letting the scent slowly loosen it. Not forced open — simply, at last, willing to let in a little light.

When the heart opens, the breath deepens. And when the breath deepens, fear grows a little smaller.
