留住轉瞬即逝的純粹美好

芒種過後，正式步入了初夏。

那些屬於春日的微風、枝頭盛開的花朵，都已悄悄謝幕。美好的事物，往往伴隨著短暫的特質。

紫丁香的花期極短，一年只有短短幾週。而它的香氣更難捕捉——

傳統蒸餾的高溫會破壞它脆弱的芬芳，唯有透過CO2萃取，才能留住那轉瞬即逝的氣息。

初聞，是極為純粹的粉柔花香，像把整座春天的花園濃縮在鼻尖。

春天會走，但香氣可以留住。

Past the solar term of Grain in Ear, early summer properly begins.

The soft spring breezes, the blossoms once crowding the branches, have quietly taken their bow. Beautiful things so often come wrapped in brevity.

Lilac blooms for barely a few weeks each year. Its scent is harder still to hold onto —

the heat of traditional distillation would destroy its delicate fragrance. Only CO2 extraction can capture that fleeting breath before it disappears.

The first impression is a pure, powdery floral note, as if an entire spring garden had been folded into a single breath.

Spring departs, but its scent can stay.

Admire the flower fully while it blooms, and when it falls, keep the memory close.
