小時看童話書，常常覺得魔法很遙遠，或許現實中，魔法從來不在遠方，而是安靜地藏在那些你差點錯過的、微小的時刻裡。

生活中那些甜與快樂，往往需要我們主動且用心地收集這些微細的片段，再交由時間，慢慢釀成。

接骨木花的花期很短，一年之中只在初夏盛開約兩三週。 要在對的時間走進田野，才能遇見它盛開的模樣。細碎的白色小花聚成一簇一簇，香氣輕盈透亮，帶著蜂蜜與荔枝的清甜能瞬間讓整片空氣都溫柔起來。

在歐洲，接骨木自古被視為擁有魔法的植物，能帶來守護與療癒。 人們總會趁著花季，採集這些細小的花朵，將它們做成糖漿、氣泡飲或利口酒。從鮮花轉化為甘甜的飲品，過程裡藏著對時間的敬意與等待。

生活也是如此。 一句溫暖的問候、一個剛好放晴的午後、一次沒有目的的散步。這些微小的美好，需要我們主動走出去，輕輕地將它們採集。

People have always gathered these tiny flowers during the blooming season, turning them into syrups, sparkling drinks, or liqueurs. The transformation from fresh blossom to sweet drink carries within it a quiet respect for time, and for waiting.

Life works much the same way. A warm greeting, an afternoon that happens to clear up, a walk taken with no particular destination. These small good things need us to step out and gently gather them ourselves.
