See yourself, then trust yourself.
We spend so much time looking outward at a noisy world, and so often forget to look inward.
In the Middle Ages, clary sage was known as œil clair, the clear eye. Shamans and alchemists of old believed its scent could help a person see further and higher, opening a deeper layer of sense and perception.
Yet true clarity may lie simply in having eyes that can see straight through to yourself.
When you are finally willing to look at yourself, without judgment and without looking away, you find that you were trustworthy all along.
With that trust, the tightness held deep inside begins, quietly, to loosen. When the inner self stops pulling against the outer one, the two can finally face the same direction.
The door to what lies beneath naturally opens.
You will dare to dream. And then, dare to act on it.
Grounded in the present, spoken through scent.
