今天是夏至，日光最長的日子。

金盞花追了太陽一輩子——日出開，日落合，從不停歇。神話裡說，她原本是一個少女，渴望到把自己燃盡，最後化作了這朵永恆金黃的花。

當你長時間凝視著光，自己也會慢慢成為光。

今天也是父親節——

那個你仰望了很多年的光，或許不知不覺間自己，早已悄悄成了自己的一部分。

你長久望向的方向，終究會成就你自己。

Today is the summer solstice, the longest day of light in the year.

Calendula has spent its whole life following the sun — opening at dawn, closing at dusk, never once pausing. Myth tells of a girl who longed for it so fiercely that she burned herself whole, and became this flower of eternal gold.

When you gaze at light for long enough, you slowly begin to become it yourself.

Today is also Father's Day —

the light you have looked up to for so many years may, without your noticing, have quietly become a part of who you are.

The direction you have long looked toward will, in time, shape who you become.
